- The current Wealth Bonus structure on the Wealth Edge Endowment Plan already ensures that a 4% Wealth Bonus gets added upfront.
- In addition, any amount invested in the Glacier Solution Funds - actively managed funds constructed to match specific risk profiles - attracts an additional Wealth Bonus of 1% at inception.
- This special opportunity therefore means that clients can potentially get a total of 6 percentage points (4% + 1% + 1%) added to their investment amount (after the deduction of the initial intermediary advice fee plus VAT).
For your convenience: a tool on Sanport
There is a tool available on Sanport (The Sanlam Wealth Edge Endowment additional Wealth Bonus Addendum) which illustrates the applicable Wealth Bonuses, and generates an addendum that must be submitted along with the quotation, application form and proof of the source of funds. (Please note that there may be a delay in issuing the investment if no proof of the source of funds is included.)

Important to note:
This additional Wealth Bonus allocation will apply to new business only, and not to switches or loan repayments into the funds.
If a client switches out of the Glacier Solution Fund(s) with the additional fund-based allocation after some time, the 1% fund-based additional allocation will be reduced proportionately.
