Encourage your clients to top up their RA

Let them do so before the end of the tax-year to save on tax.

19 January 2026

Retirement is an infinite range of needs, goals and dreams

Retirement isn’t one thing for everyone.  It’s a wide range of unique wishes and wants.  For some, it’s about relaxing and doing less.  For others, it’s time to travel, start something new and do more of what they enjoy.

Whatever it means to them, your client’s Glacier Retirement Annuity is a key tool in achieving the future they want.  And now is the perfect opportunity to make it work harder for them.

Encourage your RA clients to top up their Glacier Retirement Annuity before the end of the tax year in order to:

  • Reduce their taxable income for this year, putting money back in their pocket.
  • Grow their retirement savings, with the benefit of compounding over time.

How to source your client list

You can draw a list of your RA clients from our intermediary web under My Practice, by selecting Values per product in the left-hand menu and generating a list of all clients invested in retirement annuities.

You can also do an online ad hoc investment on the Glacier Investment Hub or generate an ad hoc investment application on the intermediary web.

Kindly note that clients can also add to their RA by actioning a once-off debit order collection on the client web, using a desktop computer.

Clients have to add lump sums before specified cut-off dates:

  • Additions via debit order - 19 February 2026
  • Internal transfers - 19 February 2026
  • Additions via Electronic Funds Transfers - 27 February 2026
  • Money to reflect in our account – 27 February 2026
