Change in process: request for new bank account details

Glacier has amended the process applicable when a client submits a request to change bank account details or gives us new bank account details with a repurchase request. 

We will no longer only accept a client’s signature as a security measure. When we receive a request to change bank account details, we will now call the Intermediary/Client to verify the validity of the new bank account details before we process the change or repurchase instruction.

We constantly look for ways to enhance security measures in order to avoid a general, world-wide increase in fraud, and trust that this extra step in the process will give your clients peace of mind.
