18-year-old gymnast Caitlin Rooskrantz reflects our organisation's ethos of building resilience and staying the course, even when faced with setbacks.
This coming Sunday 2 August, the plan was for Caitlin to compete at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo as the first artistic gymnast to represent South Africa in 15 years. Instead, something happened (COVID-19) that no one could have planned for and as a result, the Games were postponed. Of course, this was not part of Caitlin's plan, but now is the time to be making new plans.
