Statements for the quarter ending 31 May 2023 will be made available on the Glacier Intermediary Web from 12 June 2023, and will include tax certificates.
The IRP5 certificates will not be posted
It is required by the Protection of Personal Information Act of 2013 ("POPIA") that we keep our clients' personal information secure, and therefore no IRP5 certificates will be posted to clients, as these certificates contain sensitive personal information.
Clients can download their Glacier tax certificates from both the Sanlam and Glacier secure websites. Alternatively, individual tax certificates are also available from our Communication Centre.
